Bookings Refund Policy: Your reservations for accommodations at Immerse can be fully refunded within 24 hours. Further cancellations ca be made with partial refunds based on the advanced notice you provide. 75% refund if your request was made prior to 3 months from your arrival date. 50% refund if your request was made prior to 30 days of your arrival date. 25% refund if your request was made prior to 15 days of your arrival date. Sorry but we cannot give refunds for last minute cancellations within 2 weeks as we might have lost another reservation and may not be able to fill the spot instead.

Gym Membership and Classes: We only offer weekly and monthly memberships for all facilities and classes therefore, we are unable to issue any refunds for membership and classes.

Protect Your Belongings: We cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of your personal items left unattended or not specifically locked up in one of the lockers or safes provided by the resort.
